Woods Point

Woods Point is Landed Gentry’s Active Adult Community up in Ferndale Washington. The floor plans were going to fluctuate so we installed an art shelf for the floor plans to lean on vs. wall mounting them so we could change up the artwork as much as necessary with little effort. The monument sign back is made of metal and the logotype is cut out of metal. The pinecone icon and the smaller text were cut out of vinyl.
